Hello! I'm Carol Capra and have been a Realtor for more than 30 years. I was born in Spokane, graduated from Lewis & Clark High School, and attended the University of Southern California.

KNOWLEDGEABLE

I first entered real estate when I lived in Vienna, VA. Since returning to Spokane, I have been very involved with the Spokane Association of Realtors as a director and also with the Washington Association of Realtors. I have received the SAR Realtor Award. I hold the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), the "e-Pro" designation, and have taken the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) training. I am also certified as a Relocation Specialist.

My experience has been in both listing homes for sellers and in finding homes for buyers. As a full time professional, I study the Spokane market daily.
